Use of the platform

• You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.
• You may not scrape, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Listings are provided by brokers; you are responsible for your own due diligence.

Listings and third parties

GetMeFlat facilitates connections between renters and brokers. We do not own the properties listed and are not a party to any rental agreement between you and a broker or landlord.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GetMeFlatis not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
